Since its beginning 100 years ago, the Cub Scout program has offered a fun and educational experience with an emphasis on values. Besides providing a positive place where kids can enjoy safe, wholesome activities, Cub Scouting focuses on building character, improving physical fitness, teaching practical skills, and developing a spirit of community service. Chartered by the Richmond / Carolina Volunteer Fire Association in December of 1973, Pack 1 Richmond has delivered this mission for 45 years. We proudly serve the families of Richmond and the surrounding communities. Each year, our Cub Scouts and their families donate their time and talent to a number of service projects that make our town a better place to live.
